DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND CAPITALIZATION OF ROMANIAN RURAL AREA THROUGH TOURISM

Abstract


Romanian rural area still retains unaltered traditional values, spiritual cultural, of Romanian people, socio-economic life and the picturesque landscape of these lands. These values provide to rural area favorable conditions for development of tourism activities, especially agrotourism. Romanian villages have a tourist potential of a wide variety: ethnographical traditions and values, cultural, historic and art values but also an unpolluted natural environment that constitute itself in a rich agrotourist offer.
