THE IMPACT OF PACKAGING ATTRIBUTES OF ENVIRONMENTALFRIENDLY PRODUCTS ON THE ALBANIAN CONSUMERS PURCHAISE’ INTENTION
Abstract
Packaging innovations has a positive impact and can afford lower costs and/or push demand for the product. For many companies it is an important reason for the increase in supply, is redesigning packaging with more recyclable materials, to reduce the use of paper and plastic. On the demand side, in mature markets, packaging innovations can provide a short-term sales boost. The beverage industry, in general, is characterized by a large number of packaging innovations in Albanian markets. Many consumers are now environmentally conscious and demand that products be packaged and delivered to them in an environmentally friendly manner. Due to the growing population of eco-friendly consumers and government policies, eco-friendly branded packaging boxes environment are the best solution. This will help the company to reduce its environmental footprint and to increase consumer brand loyalty. The study is focused on the impact of packing attributes of environmental-friendly products on the Albanian consumers’ purchase intention in diary products.
