Abstract


In a difficult financial period in which companies are increasingly turning to restructuring in order to save their budget, it is very important to ensure a good management of human resources. Human resources plan is designed in accordance with the strategic plan of the organization. As soon as the organization identifies the available development opportunities, it is necessary to correlate them with the necessary skills to cover them.
