Abstract


The prerequisite of the 2007-2013 phase of the Phare HURO CBC Program consists of the accomplisments or failures of the previous phases that took place in the same area up to this particular stage. The article briefly presents the developments as seen by an official report, the procedure steps that are to be followed by applicants during this phase, the funds allocated and their overall destination and the dynamic of the five project calls that took place so far.
