STUDY REGARDING HONEY DYNAMICS IN ROMANIA

Abstract


Romania has a long tradition in raising bees area and bee products manufacturing, bee keeping imposing itself as a basic occupation, from the very beginning, starting with manufactured obtained products (honey, pollen, royal jelly, propolis, wax and bee venom ) and later, even now days, for the contribution that these insects have to raising  fruits crops, legumes and seeds, by their pollination.

In Romania, bee raising activity has been developed in very favorable natural conditions, contributing to its continuous development, obtaining important bee productions.

In Romania there is the floral honey (nectar) monoflerny or  polyfloral, and extra floral honey, mildew honey or forest honey.
