Abstract


Six Sigma is a problem-solving methodology. In fact, it’s the most effective problem-solving methodology available for improving business and organizational performance. A Six Sigma process is a re-designed business process and has three basic element: Process Improvement; Designing/re-designing the process; The Process Management. The purpose of the study above is to describe a Six Sigma process model applicable to the agricultural organizations
