POSSIBILITIES OF TECHNICAL-SOCIAL ORGANIZATION OF SWINE PRODUCTION
Abstract
The minimum size of commercial fams for swine growth and exploitation differs depending on their location in the geographical area and the resources of the area. For a family commercial swine farm to be stimulated through additional financial facilities it must have the dimension of 100 heads. Since most family commercial farms are mixed, they will carry out a series of agricultural and livestock activities as well as providing services. The establishment of a professional swine farm, from a managerial point of view, requires investments for the purchase of land, in the construction of modern shelters, in the technologies of exploitation and waste management, in the management of the environment, of the human resources and in the implementation of the best farm management.
