RESEARCH REGARDING THE FREQUENCY OF MEAT CONSUMPTION ACCORDING OF ORIGIN SPECIES
Abstract
The purpose of the present research consists in the evaluation of eating behavior, of the preferences, of the attitude and of the consumer’s knowledge for meat and meat products. In this regard, we have determined the preference for meat depending on the species from which it come, taking into account the respondents age, finding that 96,87% from the respondents have declared that are meat consumers and only 3.13% have declared that they never eat meat.
