THE ROLE OF EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT AT CASA DE LA ROSA IN TIMISOARA
Abstract
In this research we have followed the significant aspects of the role of motivating employees in a hotel. Research is focused on highlighting important issues of motivation of employees in the Hotel CASA DE LA ROSA covering the elements related to it.In a narrow way motivation is based on the classical vision of the organization and the manager who is focused only on the wage earners or the company staff. Â Motivation, in a wider sense, is based on a modern vision of the organization and management.
