Abstract

This article presents the typology of loans granted to non-financial corporations. The lending decision is a very important decision for both the applicant and the bank. Lending to non-financial corporations must be based on objective aspects related to the company's knowledge, its activity, but also its management, through good information. The lending activity focuses on the analysis of the viability and realism of the business in order to identify and evaluate the ability to pay applicants, but also its ability to generate income and cash, which are the primary source of credit and interest payments.
