THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEGOTIATING STYLES IN AGROTOURISM

Abstract


Through negotiations it is followed the accomplishment of bilateral winning situations, using a series of media and creative techniques through which participants can raise bargaining at the negotiating table with the feeling that they won. Currently, the negotiation style means predisposition and inclination of a negotiator to seek behaviors, to use certain techniques depending on personality and culture or origin. Areal culture, traditions and customs are elements that are intended to be put into value through agritourism. Communication is a vital part of personal life, and plays an important role in business, education, tourism and in any situation where people meet and interact.
